With the launch of new iPhone 7 and Watch Series 2 products Apple has cleared its intentions to entice gaming freaks to more powerful graphics and processing power. As per Apple, iPhone 7 is fitted with new most powerful A10 Fusion chip ever used in smartphones. It has double high performance cores which is claimed to be two times faster as compared to iPhone 6 and uses battery much more efficiently. Improved graphics performance also adds to better performance in intensive gaming. 

Similarly in Watch Series 2 also new S2 dual core processor has been introduced which is 50% faster as compared to its predecessor. As per Apple CEO Tim Cook iPhone and iPad are most famous gaming devices in the world. 

At the launch event, Nintendo Creative Fellow Shigeru Miyamoto gave a surprise appearance to introduce Super Mario Run -- the first mobile version of the iconic game, which will make its debut on iPhone 7.

Jhon Hanke, Niantic CEO, also introduced the new Pokemon Go app for Apple Watch. This app will encourage users to incorporate more exercise into their game play.

These are indications that gaming world is confident about the continued success of the Apple ecosystem.

Apple is banking of these to expand market for its Watch particularly as till now it could attract only limited clientele due to price and utility considerations.
