The Daydream View VR headset from Google is now available for pre-order.
Google’s Daydream View is expected to be properly launched in November, but for now, Verizon has listed the VR headset for pre-order via its online store.
The estimated time of delivery Verizon is November 16, which is about a month from now. The Google Store claims the Daydream View ships within 2-3 weeks.
Google announced the Daydream View in three different color variants, and it is likely Verizon will sell the other two colors (Snow and Crimson) later this year and once the VR headset is launched.
Google’s Daydream View headset comes with a built in 220 mAh battery with a run-time of up to 12 hours.
The Daydream View comes with its own remote control which can be used for navigation of the Daydream UI and control of the content.
To utilize Daydream View device, you will need a compatible phone. As of right now, that would be the Nexus 6P (at least from what the 6P says running Android 7.1.1), Pixel, and Pixel XL.
