WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has said the organisation would publish around one million documents related to the US election.
Assange made the comments via video link from London to Berlin as part of a news conference to mark WikiLeaks' 10th anniversary.

Julian Assange said, “The documents themselves are revealing, but also the government/state reactions to the releases are revealing also,”. He added that WikiLeaks will publish leaked documents on war, oil, Google and mass surveillance in addition to the U.S. election.
"We are going to need an army to defend us from the pressure that is already starting to arise," Assange, said via video link. He also signaled changes in the way WikiLeaks is organized and funded, saying the group would soon open itself to membership.
Assange has already played a key role in the presidential race, with the release of 20,000 internal emails that indicated the Democratic National Committee appeared to conspire to prevent Bernie Sanders from winning the nomination.
He criticised Mrs Clinton, the Democratic presidential candidate, for demonising the group's work after a spate of releases related to the Democratic National Committee before the Democratic convention in July.
But he denied the release of documents related to the US election was specifically geared to damage Mrs Clinton, saying he had been misquoted.

WikiLeaks has published more than 10 million leaked emails, including sensitive information about prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, U.S. military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and a cache of diplomatic cables from U.S. embassies around the world.
